SheShreds MTB and our coaches, leaders, members and participants are committed to growth and skill development, off and on our bikes. Our programs are offered to marginalized genders including women (trans women are women), women-identifying individuals, and non-binary and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women in the outdoors. (Well put Mountain Mentors!) 

 

We want everyone to enjoy our river valley and feel a part of SheShreds MTB. We include pronouns in our introductions and use gender neutral terms when addressing groups. Any rider who intentionally misgenders another rider will have their membership subject to termination, based on a case-by-case analysis of the events in question. If you accidentally use the wrong pronouns - calmly apologize, correct yourself, and continue speaking.

 

We all are happily constantly learning and growing.
